Chakra Sound Frequencies

Chakra Sound Frequencies is a collection of healing sounds based on the ancient theory of solfeggio musical frequencies and how they can affect a person’s energy, mind and spirit. In ancient spiritual music and Gregorian chants the range of tones were considered to have specific healing effects on different parts of the body and mind (or ‘Chakras’ – energy centers of the body) . The frequencies are rooted in numerology and each tone has its own unique benefit.

Listening to the tones at lower volumes as part of the background is considered more effective. The frequencies on their own are pure sound tones (which are included in this download) but they have also been integrated into more abstract musical pieces which are also included here.

This collection includes one 46 minute piece of abstract music which moves through the different frequencies in 5 minute sections. Then there are also the same pieces split up into individual 5 minute tracks which you can listen to separately to focus on specific areas. Finally there are 5 minute tracks of the pure tones played as sine waves which again can be listened to specifically in targeted listening sessions to focus on different areas of the mind and body.

The sound frequencies have been used for hundreds of years for their meditative and healing properties and to promote spiritual wellness.
