Here’s the latest episode #5 in the Bigfoot documentary series Sasquatch: Out Of The Shadows which features some of my dark atmospheric music. The track you can hear in this episode is called Chrome Skies from Volume 6 of my royalty free music Dark Matter.
This is episode 1 of a new documentary series featuring my music, about the legend of Bigfoot. Sasquatch: Out Of The Shadows is a YouTube documentary series which will be updated monthly with new episodes.
“This episode explores the history behind the ‘Bigfoot’ moniker as we know it today, sites such as Bluff Creek & Willow Creek that gained notoriety as a result, as well as sightings in the area and the ongoing investigation of the Patterson-Gimlin film site.”

Here’s another beautiful time lapse video from photographer Martien Janssen who has used my music in several of his previous projects (see here). The video is shot in Siargao in the Philippines and features my track Exodus.
“This is the second time lapse movie of a trilogy, created from 100 time lapse scenes all around Siargao and the neighbouring islands.”
You can find more of Martien’s work on Vimeo:
Here’s a wonderful new video featuring some great aerial photography from Cosmin Giurgiu at GVT Media. Shot in the beautiful Transylvania region of Romania, The Hoia-Baciu Forest features beautiful aerial footage of the stunning landscape accompanied by my music track Shadowland.
“The Hoia-Baciu Forest – Truth or Legend is the first professional travel documentary ever made in Romania about this place. It will be a 30 minute movie with two trailers. The documentary will be released at the end of 2016, on the days of Saturnalia (mid December). The two trailers will be released in February and May 2016, in order to promote the documentary and raise part of the money needed for the production.”
Cosmin is a professional videographer, editor, documentary producer and photographer from Romania and you can license his aerial footage and other videos for use in your projects. Check out more of his work here:

Field Of View is the amazing new timelapse video from Randy Halverson at Dakotalapse which you can watch above. Randy describes some of his photography below:
“Field Of View is a compilation of timelapse I have shot in the last year. The first shot of the sunset supercell was done on July 23, 2015. That storm dropped multiple Tornadoes in eastern South Dakota, I was shooting it from central SD. I shot timelapse of that same storm for almost 4 hours into the night. Other locations in the sequences are Aurora in central, western South Dakota and the Bighorn Mountains of Wyoming. The Red Desert in Wyoming, Badlands and Buffalo Gap National Grasslands area of South Dakota. Bighorn and Teton Mountain areas in Wyoming.”
There’s also an extended 30+ minute version of the video available in 1080p featuring my atmospheric ambient music tracks Halo’s Edge and Orbital Drift which you can get directly from Dakotalapse here:
As with all of Randy’s work, the photography is stunning and it makes for a beautifully calming video to watch, so I highly recommend supporting Randy by purchasing the full version!
Here’s another nice timelapse video from photographer and filmmaker Lukas Spieker which uses my track Aurora. The video is called Snow And Clouds and was shot in the Swiss Jura Mountains on a cold winter morning.
“I used the in-camera time-lapse capture of the Nikon D810 and D4, except for one sequence (the one zooming out) which is made of JPG frames. There’s also one hand-held pan recorded with the iPhone which has phenomenal image stabilization. I have made several time-lapse videos from this and nearby locations over the last years, one of them made it for a documentary on weather phenomena.”
Lukas has used some of my music in one of his previous videos and you can see more of his work on his own website:
Check out this cool high altitude ballooning video from Michael Mönch which uses a weather balloon and 2,000 litres of helium to film a journey up to the outer reaches of the earth’s atmosphere. When the balloon finally bursts due to the low pressure at over 30,000 metres high, a parachute brings the camera safely back to earth and is located via GPS.
My ambient space music track Coronal Mass Ejection is used in the video.
Can’t believe I don’t seem to have posted about this video here before but perhaps it just slipped through the cracks at a busy time when it was released. It’s a gorgeous Milky Way time lapse video from photographer and filmmaker Harley Grady that features my music track Shadowland.
“This video is a collection of Milky Way time lapse videos that I have shot from 2010-2013. It has been really fun doing so, and I decided to put all of my footage together in one long video to represent what I have done so far.”
It’s a really beautiful video with some lovely star trails and astrophotography time lapse and I think it fits together with the music perfectly. You can see more of Harley’s work and license his footage from the following links:
