Atmospheric ambient music: Antarctica by Simon Wilkinson

No drums, percussion or any rhythmic elements to interrupt the dark and serene atmosphere; just icy intricate textures and calm organic soundscapes to hypnotise and intrigue.

For fans of minimal ambient music such as Brian Eno, Stars Of The Lid, Thomas Koner, Biosphere, Cliff Martinez etc. Hear the music played against beautiful BBC documentary video footage of icebergs and Antarctica to the right.

Important note: If you intend to license Antarctica for use on YouTube, you may find you get an incorrect Content ID claim saying that the track is actually a track called “MOS 6581″ by Carbon Based Lifeforms. This is because both tracks use the same synthesizer sound in part of the background which confuses the Content ID system. You can safely file a dispute selecting the option “The video is my original content and I own all of the rights to it” and then add a note saying “This track has been wrongly identified by Content ID and is actually called Antarctica by Simon Wilkinson who owns 100% of the copyright and is used with his permission. Record Union are aware of this issue so please release this claim.” -- the claim should then be released but it may take up to 30 days to clear. No monetization will be lost during this period. This issue only relates to use on YouTube but please contact me if you have any problems.
